Our Managing Partner & CEO is a multifaceted personality with more than 30 years of rich professional experience in the field of audit, accountancy, information systems and controls, management consultancy, company incorporation, business advisory services, business reengineering, mergers, acquisitions and taxation.

He is a committed and dedicated professional, who is extremely talented, hard working, highly ambitious and equally entrepreneurial. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has also qualified in DISA (Information System Audit) by ICAI. Having attained his professional qualifications, he started his own professional practice in his home country. Over a period, he served wide range of clients belonging to various sectors and services.

Mr. P.P. Kunhamad Koya is the founder partner of M/s P.P.K.K. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, established in 1988 in India. He is also the founder director of M/s Datasoft Management and Information Technology Pvt. Ltd, established in 1995 in India.

Mr. Koya has been actively associated in social and educational activities in his home country. He has served in the leadership positions and as office bearer of renowned educational institutions, social organizations and professional bodies.

TGS Koya Chartered Accountants was established by him in 2005 in the Emirates of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Over the years, TGS Koya has emerged as a niche professional firm of good repute in the region. Mr. Koya’s unique techniques of rendering customised services to clients, his business etiquette and pleasing disposition made him highly acceptable in all business circles.

He believes that to achieve the goals, learning, leading and yearning are important requisites.

Abdulla Hassan Ali

Abdulla Al Jawi is an Arab Certified Public Accountant (ACPA) . He is a member of The Arab Society of Certified Accountants (ASCA)  and Auditors Association of UAE. He has participated  in several training programs on accounting, auditing, management reporting,  quality and computer skills. He has in depth knowledge and experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, investment management and risk analysis. He has specialized skills in monitoring ’change management’ of systems and processes to ensure that corporate policies and procedures are complied with and that risks are appropriately addressed.

Hala Fathima

Ms. Hala Fathima is a qualified ACCA . Having completed her practical training as per ICAI, Hala Fathima carries a significant experience of more than 10 years in the field of auditing, accounting and administration in India & UAE. She has played a big role in streamlining office policies along with focusing on her work in the field of auditing and accounts.

Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Hala has worked for a well reputed audit firm in south India. She is well–versed with the International Financial Reporting Standards and has completed various certification courses to keep herself updated on different aspects.

Having been exposed to a highly professional working environment at a very young age, Ms. Hala has always been a team leader with active participation in the management of the firm. She has extensive experience in supervising assignments.

Our management and operations team includes Chartered Accountants, MBAs, Financial Analysts and other professionals with wide experience in UAE and Gulf markets in the field of auditing, accounting, company formation, business and management consultancy. Experience in international market has provided the strong base for our functioning and steady growth in terms of clients, size of our business and reputation build up.
